Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello (born April 18th, 1967) is an American actress producer, writer, and actress. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were just a few of her films. In the television world, Bello appeared as Dr. Anna Del Amico on the medical drama ER (1997-1998), with additional starring roles, including Lucy Robbins on the series Touch in 2013. She also starred as Michelle McBride on the first season of the series Goliath in 2016 and from 2017 until 2021, as the Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane in the series NCIS. Bello was born April 18 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy, a school nurse and teacher, and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a working-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Bello pursued a degree in the field of political science at Villanova University. Bello was a stage actor in New York and continued to improve her skills after graduation. Bello has one son named Jackson with her former partner Dan McDermott. She wrote in November 2013 about her similar-sex relationship, Clare Munn, and how it ended. She published a book, Whatever...Love Is Love: Questioning the Labels We Give Ourselves (Dey Street Books 28 April 2015)
